Father’s Day 2023 Competition Terms & Conditions
- Entry into this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- The promoter is Eastgate Shopping Centre, Corner Buckley’s Road and Linwood Ave, PO Box 24056 Christchurch.
- Entry is open to public; except employees of Eastgate Shopping Centre, their advertising and promotional agencies and, in both cases, their immediate families; and retailers of Eastgate Shopping Centre, their employees and in both cases, their immediate families.
- Entries open at 9am Monday 21st August and close at Midday on Friday 1st September 2023.
- To enter, the promotion entrants must spend $20 or more in-store and keep their receipt. Entrants must submit their receipt to Eastgate Centre Management when they are deemed one of the three winners.
- There will be three winners, each winner will only be entitled to the prize of a 1 x Veon 55 inch Television and a PS5 for Father’s Day.
- The winners will be drawn on Friday 1st September 2023 and will be notified immediately via telephone.
- Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Customers cannot use the same receipt twice as proof of purchase during the promotion period. Eastgate Shopping Centre has the right to mark or stamp customers receipts after they have been used as proof of purchase.
- By participating, a winner, except where prohibited by law, grants Eastgate Shopping Centre and their affiliated companies the right to use the winner’s name, likeness, picture, hometown, biographical information and submissions and written or oral statements, for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless required by law.
- The promoter will not be held responsible for entries not properly received for any reason, whether or not caused by the promoter.
- The promoter reserves the right to terminate or change the promotion or any or all of the prizes at any time without notice.
- If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, due to any cause beyond the control of the promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the promotion may be abandoned or postponed at the unfettered discretion of the promoter. The promoter accepts no responsibility for such an event.
- Eastgate Shopping Centre and its associated agencies and companies shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of accepting any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
- Eastgate Shopping Centre reserves the right to use winners’ names for reasonable publicity associated with the competition.

Short Form of Contest Rules:

Conditions of entry: Entrants must spend $10 in-store and keep their receipt as proof of purchase and this must be shown at collection of prize. The promotion runs from 9am 21/08/2023 – midday 01/09/2023.
