Happy Halloween

Sadly there is no trick or treat at Eastgate this year.

Due to the numbers this event usually attracts we would exceed the restrictions of the COVID Level 2 rules and 2m distancing from people you don’t know an impossibility.

But we have an online Halloween game for kids. The Haunted House. Go back to the home page and click on the Haunted House picture and try to escape.

We still have some treats for you though, come into  Eastgate between 3pm and 5pm any day this week, Monday to Sunday, pop in to any one of our retailers and see if they have a treat for you.

Holiday Mugshots

200 free personalised mugs to be won.

Find the backdrops in Centre & take your mug shot in front of one.

We have two different ones in the foodcourt area.

Then post your pic to our Facebook post or your Instagram tagging #eastgateshopping

& be in to win your mugshot on a mug!!

For ages 17 years or younger.

The promotion runs from Monday 11th October to Sunday 17^th October.

One mug per photo’d person or group.

Winners will be contacted.

If you miss out on a free mug you can still get one or get extras from Warehouse Stationery Eastgate for only $10.00 usually $19.95. Just take your pic over to the Warehouse Stationery to order.

All eligible photos must be taken in front of our backdrops.

Allow 48 hours to collect the mug once ordered.

Level 2 just about back to normal

During level 2 all shops at Eastgate are open. 

We have  had to reduce the seating in the food court to 100 to meet Government requirements. We apologize for the inconvenience that may cause.

We have reduced the Thursday evening trade to 6pm during level 2 and will revise that depending on how long level 2 remains. Shamiana and Kebab and Roast are remaining open until 7pm

Masks are mandatory to wear while inside the Shopping Centre and in any retail stores. 

What’s available at Eastgate in Level 3

Let’s start with Food!! All your favorites are available to pre purchase and pick up and or some can do Uber too.  Go to the page of your favorite on our website or direct to their website to find out what and how.

Unichem, Bargain Chemist, Countdown and Linwood Medical Centre

Ki te Tihi Hapori Hauora Eastgate Vaccination Centre and Bargain Chemist vaccination clinic are also open

Not every one is open our  full trading hours so I recommend checking to see what time they are open and available

Sorry but services from Hair Beauty, Irazor and Eastgate Nails are not available until level 2

What’s Open and What’s Not

During level 4 our retailers cannot open for you. However we are lucky at Eastgate to still be able to support our community with a number of essential services.

1. Unichem Pharmacy hours 8:30am until 6pm no late night this Thursday
2. Countdown have reduced their hours. 8am open with a new closing time of 9pm ( was 10pm). 
3. Linwood Medical Centre 9am until 5pm, bookings are essential phone 3892550. Please use the entry at the Linwood end of the Centre (between Westpac and McDonalds). No access is available via the main Centre area. When using the lift please do not share with someone outside of your bubble.
4. Bargain Chemist 8am until 8pm, includes Bargain Chemist  Vaccination clinic 
5. Ki Te Tihi Hapori Hauora Eastgate Vaccination Clinic 9am until 4pm
6. Westpac Wednesdays 10am until 1pm
