Wheelie Fun Hunt these school holidays

Would you love a new bike.. scooter or skateboard?  Then you need to join us on our Wheelie Fun Hunt these school holidays! 

WIN one of 20 main prizes!  There are 4 bikes, 6 scooters and 10 skateboards in the prize pool!

To play and enter our Wheelie Fun Hunt:

1. Each day we are giving out 4 clues. Clues will be given out daily both on our Facebook page and at the display in the food court. 
2. Grab your list of clues and go hunting for the hidden numbers.
3. All 4 hidden numbers, placed in the correct order will crack the code to unlock the daily prize box .
4. When you have found all 4 numbers, pop up to The Loft on Level one and unlock the daily prize box to win an entry into the main prize draw and there is a daily prize for the first 50 code breakers. 
5. Fill out your entry form and drop into the entry box at the display.  

All correct entries will go into the draw to win our major prizes. 

There 4 are new clues every day so you can go hunting and enter every day to increase your chances of winning, but only one entry per day, per child. 

Be sure to fill out your details and drop your entry into the entry box.  

The competition runs 5th – 10th October and winners will be drawn at 2pm on Saturday, 10th October.  Terms & Conditions apply

Magic school holidays & free colouring in book

Have a night off cooking and bring the family in for Eastgate’s FUN, FEED & FAMILY night.

We’ve got roving magician Circusmarty bringing a touch of magic to our Thursday Family Night.

Come and be dazzled and delighted as you enjoy a meal in the foodcourt, both Thursdays of the school holidays (1st – 8th Oct), between 6pm -8pm.  Also get a FREE colouring in book (limited numbers apply, so while stocks last).

Lucky Glove Bucket Dip

This Thursday when you come in with the kids, the Eastgate Family Night will have a bucket full of toys and lollies to give away.  We also have ‘magic’ gloves to ensure you stay safe for your dip.

While there are limited numbers, we do need to keep you all safe, so be sure to give your hands a good wash and keep a good 2m from others.  We will have gloves for every hand that dips in to get their treat.

Level 2 at Eastgate

Being open under Level 2 means we need to keep safe and practice social distancing and take hygiene precautions.  You know the drill on that.

Even in level One we continued to take precautionary efforts that will see us into Level 2. 

• Hand sanitiser at key locations.
• A high frequency of cleaning and disinfecting of regularly used objects and hard surfaces (e.g. hand-rails, bathroom door handles, food-court tables, seats and trays). Rubbish bins will also be emptied more regularly. 

Now we need to reintroduce physical distancing and perhaps contact tracing. We will continue to monitor and encourage all of us staff and customers) to follow social distancing guidelines.

Tables within the food court have been reduced and separated. 

For lift access, where applicable, please use within your bubble giving priority to those elderly or those who need assistance.

We recommend and encourage the use of contactless transactions such as payWave instead of cash for payments. 

Retailers are facilitating distancing at counters and benches. They are required to avoid overcrowding and may need to impose an in/out system to limit the number of people in their stores at a time. 

We care about everyone’s wellbeing so will continue to check in with our retailers to see how they are doing and give them and you all the support and information we can to keep you safe.

We have QR codes displayed at all of our entrance ways for you for contact tracing. Some of our stores will also have their own QR codes for your use. Some may require you to complete their register.  For more information on the Government Tracing app, click here

We will be monitoring our customer numbers. Limitations on maximum numbers, may require us to restrict entry.  If that is the unlikely scenario please bear with us as we make our centre as safe as possible for you.

If you don’t feel well, stay home and get tested.  We have done an amazing job at keeping our country as safe as possible and encourage you to continue your efforts.
