Name the Mural 2024 Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Entry into this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. The promoter is Eastgate Shopping Centre, Corner Buckley’s Road and Linwood Ave, PO Box 24056 Christchurch.
3. Entry is open to public; except employees of Eastgate Shopping Centre, their advertising and promotional agencies and, in both cases, their immediate families; and retailers of Eastgate Shopping Centre, their employees and in both cases, their immediate families.
4. Entries open Saturday 28th September and close at 5pm on Sunday 6th October 2024.
5. To enter, the promotion entrants must complete the entry form and place it in to the entry box located on Level One (upstairs).
6. There is one total prize and one winner for the total prize of an Eastgate Gift Card valued at $100.00.
7. The winner will be drawn on Monday 7th October and will be notified via telephone.  The artist is judging the competition.  The judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash.
9. By participating, a winner, except where prohibited by law, grants Eastgate Shopping Centre and their affiliated companies the right to use the winner’s name, likeness, picture, hometown, biographical information and submissions and written or oral statements, for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless required by law.
10. The promoter will not be held responsible for entries not properly received for any reason, whether or not caused by the promoter. 
11. The promoter reserves the right to terminate or change the promotion or any or all of the prizes at any time without notice. 
12. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, due to any cause beyond the control of the promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the promotion may be abandoned or postponed at the unfettered discretion of the promoter. The promoter accepts no responsibility for such an event.
13. Eastgate Shopping Centre and its associated agencies and companies shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of accepting any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. 
14. Eastgate Shopping Centre reserves the right to use winners’ names for reasonable publicity associated with the competition.

Muffin Break’s National $2 Muffin Day is on Friday 20th September

National $2 Muffin Day

On Friday the 20th of September, all Muffin Break cafes throughout New Zealand will be celebrating $2 Muffin Day.

That’s right, it will be $2 Muffins ALL DAY LONG!

As per usual all muffins will be freshly prepared and baked in-store throughout the day, giving you a variety of tasty muffins to choose from.

National Muffin Day also marks 30 years of Muffin Break in New Zealand. Which is definitely worth celebrating!
